Airco Comfort Systems, Inc., founded in 1983, is in the business of providing central heating and air conditioning system installations, service, and ductwork for its residential and commercial customers. We are adequately capitalized, and maintain full workmen's comp and general liability insurance for our protection and the protection of our customers (certificates available upon request). We own the 5000 sq. ft facility at 1422 Cranford which houses our business office, our sheet metal and fabrication shop, and the new equipment/replacement parts storage warehouse. Visitors and walk-in customers are welcome.

Our staff includes office personnel, three service technicians, an Installation Manager, a Service/Customer Service Manager, and an equipment/ductwork installation crew. Service is available 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. We schedule installations during the normal work week, with emergency installations at night, on weekends, or on holidays available.

We also serve our remodeling and new construction contractor accounts with the installation of new or replacement air conditioning and heating systems. Our brand of choice is Carrier Corporation's Bryant high-efficiency equipment. Fully factory-matched equipment installations are preferred in order to achieve honest efficiency ratings and full factory support. We offer standard high-efficiency, Super Efficiency Deluxe, and Ultra-Efficiency heating and air conditioning systems. We are set-up and licensed to properly install flexible or rigid metal duct systems.

We warrant all repairs and replacement parts for a period of 90 days from the date of the repair. New serialized equipment is warranted unconditionally for a period of one full year from the date of installation. Extended warranty policies are available. We install only brand new parts and equipment.

Customers with established accounts with Airco are invoiced NET 10 days. Our payment policy for non-established account customers is payment upon completion of work performed.

We are licensed by the State of Texas, with our license registered in most city jurisdictions in the Dallas, Texas area. License # TACLA000948C.

Airco Comfort Systems is in full compliance with Federal Mandates and laws governing refrigerant handling, recovery, and hazardous waste disposal.
